Salsa
This salsa is simple and delicious. I try to find excuses to make it in the summer with fresh tomatoes. Ingredients1 large tomato, diced1 garlic clove, minced1/4 cup red onion, diced1/4 cup of cilantro, choppedJuice of 1 limeMix all ingredients, serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator.
